If you've been searching for the perfect outdoor venue for your big day, consider Irem Pavilion. The main pavilion seats up to 500 guests, and includes a stage, dance floor, tables and chairs set up by our staff, and many amenities. You'll be impressed by our reasonable rates, which are about $2,500 less than some other area venues.
The 2025-2026 Main Pavilion Wedding Rental Rates are:
Friday - $3,700
Saturday - $4,000
Sunday - $3,400

Main Pavilion Rental Includes:
Seating for up to 500 guests
- Tables and chairs with set up provided by Irem staff
- Full-kitchen facilities for approved caterers
- Stage
- Dance floor
- Lighting and ceiling fans
- Restrooms within the pavilion
- Parking
- Handicap accessible
- Available mid-May thru mid-October
- All alcohol must be contracted through Irem Country Club
- Food must be catered by an approved caterer
- Patio heaters available for $75 each
2025-2026 Onsite Ceremony
Ceremony fee of $600 includes
- Decorated wedding arch
- Seating for up to 200 guests
- Ceremony rehearsal conducted by Irem's wedding coordinator
Bridal Lounge Available for Pre-Ceremony Preparation
- Bridal Lounge Rental - $400 rental fee
